NHS 111 Consultation survey

Clinical Commissioning Groups in the Thames Valley are currently reviewing the NHS 111 telephone helpline service.

The free to call NHS 111 number is available 24 hours a day 365 days of the year, offering a personalised priority contact service that responds to people’s healthcare needs when:

• You need medical help fast, but it’s not a 999 emergency.
• You don’t know who to contact for medical help.
• You think you need to go to A&E or another NHS urgent care service.
• You require health information or reassurance about what to do next.

Whether or not you have used the NHS111 service, we welcome your response to our questionnaire which is available here. The questionnaire closes at 5pm on 30 July.
