Get involved and have your say on Thames Valley 111 – ‘The new front door to urgent care'

The reprocurement process for the Thames Valley NHS111 service is underway and in August and September there will be two events to inform the specific details of what the improved service will look like and how it will work. The dates and venues are:

  • Tuesday 9 August at Kassam Stadium, Oxford
  • Tuesday 13 September at Wokefield Park, Reading

This is your chance to get involved and share your views and experience to ensure the improved Thames Valley 111 service meets the needs of local patients. At each event, the preferred provider will present and work through their vision of how the service will look and operate in future, taking feedback and input from attendees. Further information is available in this letter.

To confirm your attendance at one of the events, or if you would like some further information about how you can engage at a more local level, please email a.dellman@nhs.net.
